Save time and email your protocol in advance! We kindly request that all protocols be typed in either Aptos, Arial, or Helvetica Font and at 14 point minimum to ensure clarity for our emcees. No Paper Copies of Protocol will be accepted; all protocols must be uploaded

Additions to Protocol will be accepted on-site at Coronation Weekend on Saturday, July 11, 2026, beginning at 10 AM through noon. Information should be submitted to the Coronation Host and the Minister of Protocol in the hall near the hospitality area.
Late Protocol will NOT be accepted.
One name, one title, one walk will be strictly enforced. Exception will be given to reigning monarchs and a title bestowed by Jose and Nicole. No salutations. Coronation flyers may be placed on the tables in hospitality and Coronation.
