If you plan on performing at the Out of Town Show, please use the link below to upload your music.
Preferences will be given to Reigning Monarchs, Reigning PRs, then Past Monarchs and Past PRs.
Music must be in MP3 format and no longer than 4 minutes. Event Chair reserves the right to fade music at 4 minutes or once tipping has ended.
Deadline for performances is 2:00pm on Friday, July 12, 2024.

Additions to Protocol will be accepted on-site Coronation Weekend on Saturday, July 13 beginning at 10AM through noon. Information should be turned in to Coronation Host and Minister of Protocol in the the hall near hospitality. Late Protocol will NOT be accepted.
One name, one title, one walk will be strictly enforced. Exception will be given to reigning monarchs and title bestowed by Jose and Nicole. No salutations. Coronation flyers may be placed on the tables in hospitality and coronation.
ICON reserved the right to modify and/or refuse protocol based on content and to comply with protocol rules.
No Paper Copies of Protocol will be accepted, all protocol must be uploaded

Bus Tour starts at 9pm and will visit a variety of the Omaha area LGBTQ+ establishments.
For those not partaking in the Bus Tour, hospitality will open at 9:30pm.

Join us for a sober BINGO party while others are on the Bus tour. No alcohol served during this time.
